EI-22x28 25VA transformer

The EI-22x28 25VA transformer is an EI-type, laminated silicon steel power-frequency transformer with a core width of 22mm and a stack thickness of 28mm. It has a rated capacity of 25VA. It features a 220V ± 10% input and a typical output of 12V/24V. It provides both electrical isolation and voltage conversion, making it suitable for space- and cost-sensitive industrial control scenarios.

    Product Overview

    1.Structural characteristics

    Core composition: E-type and I-type cold-rolled silicon steel sheets are cross-laminated, with a magnetic circuit closure efficiency of over 92%;

    Winding process: The primary uses 0.12mm enameled wire (220V side), the secondary uses 0.5mm wire diameter (low voltage side), and the layers are insulated with polyester film;

    Protection level: IP20 standard housing or epoxy resin potting, suitable for humid environment.

     

    2.Electrical parameters

    Rated capacity：25VA (continuous output)

    No-load current：≤30mA (220V input)

    Insulation resistance：≥100MΩ@500VDC

    Operating temperature rise：≤45K (40℃ ambient temperature, full load)

     

    Core Features

    Cost advantage: EI structure is produced in molds, and the cost is 35% lower than that of toroidal transformers;

    Compatibility: supports 50Hz/60Hz dual-frequency power grid, voltage fluctuation tolerance ±10%;

    Safety design: CLASS B insulation (130℃ temperature resistance), built-in fuse protection winding;

    Flexible installation: Two installation options are available: lead wire type (90% of models) and PCB pin type (10%).
