EI-13x22 5VA blue transformer
Product Core Overview
1.Structural characteristics
Core design: EI-13x22 silicon steel sheet stepped lamination, magnetic circuit closure efficiency >90%, no-load loss ≤1.2W;
Winding technology: The primary winding uses 0.12mm enameled wire (220V side), the secondary winding uses 0.3mm wire diameter (low voltage side), and the copper wire winding ensures the current carrying capacity (maximum 416mA at 12V output);
Protective packaging: Blue epoxy resin potting, temperature resistance 130℃ (Class B insulation), in line with UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard.
2.Electrical parameters
Rated Capacity: The nominal output power of the device is 5 volt-amperes (VA), which indicates its apparent power carrying capacity under rated operating conditions.
Input voltage range: The AC input voltage is allowed to fluctuate between 198V and 242V, and is compatible with 50Hz or 60Hz frequencies to adapt to normal fluctuations in grid voltage.
Output voltage accuracy: When operating at full load, the output voltage deviation is strictly controlled within ±5% of the nominal value to ensure power supply stability.
Insulation resistance: After 500V DC test, the insulation resistance value is greater than 100 megohms, ensuring high standards of electrical isolation safety.
Temperature rise limit: When the ambient temperature is 40°C, the device temperature rise does not exceed 55K (Kelvin temperature difference), corresponding to a maximum surface temperature below 95°C, to prevent overheating risks.
Typical application scenarios
1.Industrial control systems
Provide 24V isolated power supply for PLC modules and relay coils to avoid ground loop interference;
Power supply for sensors in machine tool control cabinets (such as photoelectric switches and encoders). The blue housing is for easy safety identification.
2.Consumer Electronics Devices
Auxiliary power supply for smart home control panels (such as touch screen backlight driver);
Voltage stabilization and isolation of low-voltage circuits such as routers and set-top boxes.
