EI-16x24 10VA transformer

The EI-16x24 10VA transformer is a small industrial frequency isolation transformer featuring the classic EI-type laminated silicon steel structure. The "16" in the core specification indicates a 16mm tongue width, and the "24" designates a 24mm laminate thickness, resulting in a highly efficient magnetic circuit closure. It offers a rated capacity of 10VA and operates within a 220V ±10% input voltage range. Structural design

Core: Made of DW470 cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with stepped staggered laminations to reduce eddy current losses

Winding: The primary winding adopts QA-1 polyurethane enameled wire (wire diameter 0.12mm), and the secondary winding adopts QZ-2 high-strength enameled wire (wire diameter 0.4mm).

Insulation system: Class B insulation (130°C temperature resistance), DMD composite insulation paper between layers

Insulation resistance: >100MΩ (500VDC test)

Withstand voltage: primary-secondary 3000VAC/60s without breakdown
