KYN550-12 Armored Metal Enclosed Switchgear

The installation, commissioning and operation of the KYN550 switchgear are all carried out from the front, so the KYN550 switchgear can be installed against the wall to save floor space.     The KYN550-12 armored metal-enclosed switchgear has six major innovations in design. The first is the use of a special-shaped busbar structure. The special-shaped busbar treated by the vulcanization process is overlapped with the branch rectangular busbar to ensure the reliability of the connection. In addition, the design of the 360° wall bushing enables the cabinet to adapt to any type of busbar and installation angle, enhancing flexibility. Its building block, modular, and compact circuit breaker trolley design is easy to install and maintain. At the same time, the vertical overlap contact box is integrally cast with epoxy resin, and the current level range is 630A-1600A, which meets the high current demand.

    The KYN550-12 switchgear also has a design for the back wiring maintenance of the current transformer, which meets the maintenance needs of small spaces, and is equipped with a customized cable cover to effectively seal the outlet position, improving safety and protection. The switchgear also has five invention patents, including modularization, the valve mechanism of the insulating switchgear, the circuit breaker emergency opening auxiliary device, the grounding switch structure, the aviation socket interlocking device and the circuit breaker installation structure, which further improves its technical level and practicality.

    In terms of size, the KYN550-12 armored metal-enclosed switchgear has a width of 550MM, a depth of 1100MM or 1340MM, and a height of 2000MM, 2100MM and 2200MM to meet the installation requirements of different occasions. The overall design takes into account both functionality and space utilization to meet the diverse needs of modern power systems.
