Technical requirements
The ring main unit equipped with FZN□-12/630 vacuum load switch should be able to meet all the corresponding technical requirements of FZN-12/630 vacuum load switch.
The product appearance and structure are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, and the installation dimensions are shown in Figure 3. This ring main unit uses air as the insulating medium and is mainly equipped with FZN port-12/630 type vacuum load switch. The main solutions include incoming line cabinet and outgoing line cabinet.
1.Incoming cabinet solution
The main circuit in the cabinet has a FZN□-12/630 vacuum load switch, which is equipped with an isolating knife and, if appropriate, a grounding knife. The three are installed on a rack and interlocked with each other. Therefore, the three positions of bus connection, isolation and grounding can be realized. The cabinet can also be flexibly equipped with CT, PT and other components.
2.Outlet cabinet solution
The main circuit in the cabinet consists of an FZN□-12/630 vacuum load switch, a fuse with a striker (which has the function of an isolating switch) and a grounding knife, and can also realize three-position operation. The cabinet can also be flexibly equipped with components such as CT/PT and YH series lightning arresters, so sometimes the metering cabinet can be omitted. The incoming and outgoing cabinets are equipped with insulating protective partitions interlocked with the grounding switch. The switches in the cabinet are mechanically interlocked with the partitions and cabinet doors, and meet the "five protection" requirements. The cabinet shell protection level is IP2X.
Lifting, installation, commissioning and replacement of fuses
1.Lifting
Before lifting, the unpacking inspection shall be carried out according to the regulations. When lifting the cabinet, it shall be placed with care and vibration-proof according to the operation marking requirements.
2.Installation
After unpacking, check whether the cabinet and the components inside the cabinet are intact, whether the operation is normal, whether there is moisture, etc. Only after confirmation can you proceed with the installation.
3.Debugging
If it is found that the components in the cabinet do not meet their technical requirements or the interlocking is not in place, it is necessary to debug according to the following process:
(1). For load switches and grounding or isolating switches, the technical requirements can be met by adjusting the length of the pull rod and changing the angle and position of the pull rod and the operating lever.
(2) If the interlock is not in place, the length of the corresponding operating rod can be slightly adjusted to change the position of the interlock hole so that the interlock is in place.
4.Replace the fuse
The power outage sequence must be strictly followed. First, open the load switch, then open the fuse to the isolation position, and close the grounding switch.
After the insulating protective partition is inserted, the cabinet door can be opened and the fuse can be replaced.
Usage and troubleshooting
1.Please be sure to strictly follow the steps below when using, otherwise it may cause damage.
(1) Operation sequence of load switch
a.Closing: When the load switch is in the open state, insert the operating handle into the operating hole of the load switch and turn it clockwise (about 180 degrees) to close it.
b.Disconnection When the load switch is in the closed state, the load switch can be opened by a manual trip button or a trip electromagnet. For a load switch equipped with a fuse with a striker, the striker can also open the load switch after the fuse blows.
(2) Power outage operation sequence
a.Open the load switch to release the interlock between it and the isolating and earthing switches.
b.Insert the operating handle into the operating hole of the isolating and earthing switch, turn it clockwise (about 90 degrees), and the isolating knife will be opened.
c.After turning it clockwise (about 90 degrees), the grounding switch closes quickly.
d.Insert the insulating partition to release the door interlock.
e.Open the door for inspection.
(3) Power supply operation sequence
a.Close the cabinet door.
b.Pull out the insulating partition and lock the cabinet door.
c.Insert the operating handle into the operating hole of the isolating and earthing switch, and turn it counterclockwise (about 90 degrees) to disconnect the earthing switch.
d.Turn the operating handle counterclockwise (about 90 degrees) to disconnect the grounding switch.
e.Operate the load switch and close it to supply power.
f.Troubleshooting
During the operation of the ring main unit, if the fasteners are loose, the mechanical parts are poorly lubricated, the vacuum degree of the vacuum interrupter decreases, etc., after the power outage, methods such as tightening, adding lubricants, and testing the pressure resistance should be used to check and eliminate the above faults.
Maintenance and repair
1.After unpacking, all insulating parts should be checked. Components that have been damp should be removed and placed in an oven at 70-80℃ for 48 hours, then taken out, installed and re-debugged.
2.If the product is found to be damp or corroded during storage, it should be cleaned immediately and protective measures should be taken after cleaning.
3.The ring main unit in operation should be regularly inspected and maintained
(1) Vacuum degree of vacuum interrupter:
(2) Contact wear;
(3) Whether the mechanical fasteners are loose;
(4) Mechanical and electrical parameters such as opening distance and overtravel.
(5) Whether the operation is flexible:
(6) Whether the interlocking is reliable;
(7) Check whether all parts, especially insulating parts, are clean.
4.In the following cases, the ring main unit should be fully inspected and debugged:
(1) Annual routine inspection and cleaning:
(2) After the load switch operates 2000 times.
Storage
The ring main unit should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse with a temperature between -30 and 40°C.
