Normal and special conditions of use
Normal use conditions
Ambient temperature: High temperature: +40℃. Low temperature: -15℃, and the average value measured within 24 hours does not exceed 35℃.
Humidity conditions are as follows:
1.The average daily relative humidity shall not exceed 95%; the average monthly relative humidity shall not exceed 90%;
2.The average daily water vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2 kPa; the average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8 kPa;
Condensation may occasionally occur under such conditions;
Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors or salt mist;
Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and controlgear is negligible;
The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system does not exceed 1.6 kV.
Special conditions of use
When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding those specified in GB/T11022, our company and the user may negotiate and reach an agreement on special operating conditions.
To prevent condensation, the switchgear is equipped with a heater, which should be put into use when the switchgear is in standby mode. The heater should also be put into operation when the switchgear is operating normally.

Main structural features
The switchgear can be arranged back to back in a double arrangement or installed against a wall, which not only improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear, but also reduces the floor space.
◆Housing
The switchgear shell is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools and made by multiple folding technology. The entire cabinet has high precision and strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. Moreover, due to the use of multiple folding technology, the cabinet is lighter in overall weight, higher in mechanical strength and more beautiful in appearance than other similar equipment cabinets. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure, connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processing and production cycle, has strong versatility of parts, occupies less space, and is easy to organize production.
◆Handcart
The trolley frame is made of thin steel plates and assembled after being processed by CNC machine tools. The trolley and the cabinet have high matching precision, and the mechanical interlock is safe, reliable and flexible. The trolleys are divided into circuit breaker trolleys, voltage transformer trolleys, metering trolleys, isolation trolleys, etc. according to different uses. Trolleys of the same specifications can be freely interchanged. The trolley has a disconnection/test position and a working position in the cabinet, and each position has a positioning device. To ensure reliable interlocking. All kinds of trolleys are pushed and withdrawn by screw rods, which are easy and flexible to operate and suitable for on-duty personnel. When the trolley needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be easily taken out with a special transfer vehicle for various inspections and maintenance.
When the trolley is transported into the cabinet circuit breaker room by a trolley, it can be reliably locked in the disconnect/test position, and the cabinet position indicator light shows its position. Only after the trolley is completely locked can the screw push mechanism be shaken to push the trolley to the working position. When the trolley reaches the working position, the push handle operating force suddenly increases and cannot be shaken, and its corresponding position indicator light shows its position. The mechanical interlock of the trolley can reliably ensure that the circuit breaker can only be closed when the trolley is in the working position or test position; and the trolley can only move when the circuit breaker is in the open state.
◆Compartment
The main electrical components of the switchgear are all in their independent compartments, namely: circuit breaker trolley room, busbar room, cable room, relay instrument room, etc. The protection level of each compartment reaches IP2X. Except for the relay instrument room, the other three compartments have pressure relief channels. Due to the central placement, the cable room space is greatly increased, so the equipment can connect multiple cables in parallel.
a) Busbar compartment A:
The main busbar is a single unit splicing and interconnection, fixed by the branch busbar (static contact box) and the main busbar insulation sleeve. The main busbar and the connecting busbar are rectangular cross-section copper bars, and double busbars are used for high current loads. For special needs, the busbar can be covered with heat shrink tubing and customized insulation cover boxes. Insulating sleeves are installed between the busbars of adjacent cabinets. If an internal fault arc occurs, the sleeve can effectively limit the accident to the compartment and not spread to other cabinets.
b) Circuit breaker compartment B: Tracks are installed on both sides of the compartment for the trolley to move from the disconnect/test position to the working position in the cabinet. The partition (valve) of the static contact box is installed on the rear wall of the trolley compartment. When the trolley moves from the disconnect/test position to the working position, the upper and lower valves on the static contact box opening are automatically opened in conjunction with the trolley; when moving in the opposite direction, the valves are automatically closed until the trolley retreats to a certain position and safely covers the static contact box, forming an effective isolation. Since the upper and lower valves are not linked, the valves on the live side can be locked during maintenance to ensure that maintenance personnel do not touch the live body. The trolley can also be operated when the circuit breaker compartment door is closed. Through the observation window on the door, you can observe the position of the trolley in the compartment, the closing and opening indications, and the energy storage status.
c) Cable compartment C: The switchgear is centrally mounted, so the cable compartment has a larger space. The current transformer and grounding switch are installed on the rear wall of the compartment (the grounding switch can also be installed in the middle of the switch cabinet according to customer needs), and the lightning arrester is installed in the rear lower part of the compartment. After removing the trolley and the removable horizontal partition, the construction personnel can enter the cabinet from the front for installation and maintenance. The cable connection conductors in the cable room can be connected in parallel with 1-3 cables per phase, and 6 cables per phase can be connected in parallel if necessary. The bottom of the cable compartment is equipped with a removable slit metal cover plate or a non-magnetic metal cover plate to ensure convenient construction.
d) Relay instrument room D: The relay instrument room can be installed with relay protection elements, instruments, live display indicators and secondary equipment with special requirements. The control line is laid in the wire trough, which has a metal cover to isolate the secondary line from the high-voltage components. The left front wire trough is reserved for the introduction and extraction of control cables, and the corresponding parts of the bottom plate are opened with secondary and cable threading holes. There are also small busbar through holes on the top plate of the relay instrument room for easy construction. The top cover of the instrument room can be opened when wiring to facilitate the installation of the small busbar.
◆Pressure relief device
There are pressure relief devices above the trolley room, busbar room and cable room. When a fault occurs in the compartment and an arc is generated, the air pressure inside the switch cabinet increases, and the special sealing ring installed on the front door closes the cabinet door. The pressure relief metal plate installed on the top is automatically opened to release pressure and high-temperature gas, ensuring the safety of operators and switchgear.
Position interlocking of secondary plug and trolleyThe secondary connection between the switchgear and the trolley is realized through the connection of the secondary plug. The secondary plug is connected to the trolley through a nylon corrugated expansion tube. The secondary socket is installed on the upper right of the switch cabinet trolley. The secondary plug can only be plugged in or unplugged when the trolley is in the test/disconnection position. The secondary plug is locked when the trolley enters the working position. For the circuit breaker trolley equipped with the closing locking electromagnet, before the secondary plug is connected, the closing mechanism of the trolley is locked by the electromagnet, and the trolley can only be opened, and the closing operation cannot be performed.
◆Electricity display device
The switchgear can be equipped with a live display device for detecting the operation of the primary circuit, which consists of a high-voltage sensor and a display. The device can indicate the live status of the high-voltage circuit, and can also cooperate with the electromagnetic lock to achieve forced locking of the operating handle, cabinet door and adjacent cabinet, so as to prevent the isolation trolley from being moved with load, prevent the earthing switch from being closed with power on, and prevent the mistaken entry into the live interval, thereby improving the anti-error performance of the supporting products.
◆Prevent condensation
In order to prevent condensation in an environment with high humidity or large temperature changes, electric heaters are installed in the circuit breaker room and cable room respectively to prevent insulation accidents under the above operating conditions.
◆Grounding device
A 5x40mm grounding copper bar is installed in the cable room and runs through the adjacent cabinets and is well connected to the cabinet body for use by directly grounded components. Since the entire cabinet body is connected with aluminum-zinc plates, the entire cabinet body is in a good grounding state, ensuring the safety of operating personnel when touching the cabinet body.
