Features
The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906-91. The whole is composed of two major parts: the cabinet and the central withdrawable component (i.e., the trolley) (see figure). The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments, and the enclosure protection level is IP4X. The level of each small compartment and the circuit breaker room door is IP2X when it is opened. It has overhead inlet and outlet lines, cable inlet and outlet lines and other functional solutions, which are arranged and combined to form a complete set of distribution system devices. This switchgear can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be back-to-back, double-arranged and installed against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor space.
◆Casing and others
The main cabinet frame of the switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and adopts multiple folding technology, so that the entire cabinet body not only has the advantages of high precision, strong corrosion resistance and anti-oxidation, but also because of the multiple folding technology, the cabinet body is lighter than other similar equipment cabinets, has high mechanical strength and beautiful appearance. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure, connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processing cycle, has strong versatility of parts, occupies less space, and is easy to organize production.
◆Handcart
The frame of the trolley is made of thin steel plate and assembled after being processed by CNC machine tools. The trolley is insulated with the cabinet body, and the interlocking mechanism is safe, reliable and flexible. According to the purpose, the trolley can be divided into circuit breaker trolley, voltage transformer trolley, metering trolley, isolation trolley, etc. Various types of trolleys are changed according to the module and building block. The trolleys of the same specifications can be interchanged 100% freely. The trolley has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. It must be operated according to the interlocking anti-misoperation procedure. All kinds of trolleys are pushed forward and withdrawn by shaking nuts and screws. The operation is light and flexible, suitable for on-duty personnel. When the trolley needs to be removed from the cabinet, it can be easily pulled out with a special transfer vehicle for various inspections and maintenance: and it adopts a central type, the entire trolley is small in size, and inspection and maintenance are extremely convenient.
