ZN63 (VS1) -12 indoor side-mounted high voltage vacuum circuit breaker

ZN63 (VS1) -12 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear with a rated voltage of 24KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. It is suitable for control and protection switches of power transmission and distribution systems in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc., especially for breaking important loads and frequent operations in high-altitude areas.

The circuit breaker is manufactured in accordance with the national standard G81984-2003 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breaker" DUT403-2000 (3.6~40.5kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breaker Ordering Technical Conditions) and related IEC standards and has a reliable interlocking function.

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is a spring energy storage type, which can be operated by AC or DC energy storage, or manually.

The circuit breaker can also be equipped with a long-life permanent-contact operating mechanism with a mechanical life of up to 60,000 times, and can be used in situations where operations are extremely frequent.

The circuit breaker is designed as a front and rear assembly structure, which can be used as a fixed installation unit or assembled with a chassis vehicle as a mid-mounted unit.

    Usage Environment

    ◆Ambient temperature: not higher than 40℃, not lower than -10℃ (storage and transportation at -30℃ is allowed).

    ◆Altitude: not more than 3000m. (If the altitude needs to be increased, the rated discharge level will be increased accordingly)

    ◆Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, daily average value of saturated vapor pressure is not more than 2.2x10-3MPa, and monthly average value is not more than 1.8x10-3MPa.

    ◆Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 levels.

    ◆Places free from fire, explosion, severe pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
