Switchgear structural features
1.Shell and partition
The switch cabinet shell and partition are made of cold-rolled steel plates that are processed and bent by CNC machine tools and then bolted together. Therefore, the assembled switch cabinet can ensure the uniformity of structural dimensions. The switch cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, main busbar room, cable room and relay instrument room, and each part is separated by a grounded metal partition.
2.Handcart
According to the purpose, the trolley can be divided into circuit breaker trolley, voltage transformer trolley, metering trolley, isolation trolley, etc. All kinds of trolleys have the same dimensions and trolleys with the same purpose are interchangeable. The trolley has a test/isolation position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with an interlocking device to ensure that the trolley cannot be moved at will when it is in the above two positions.
3.Circuit breaker compartment
A specific track is installed in the circuit breaker compartment for the trolley to move. When the circuit breaker moves between the test position and the working position, the isolation valve automatically opens or closes to ensure that the staff does not touch the live parts. The trolley can be operated with the cabinet door closed. The position of the trolley in the cabinet can be seen through the observation window, and any functional signs on the trolley can be seen at the same time.
4.Busbar chamber
The main busbar is led from one switch cabinet to another through the branch busbar and the static contact box, and is fixed with the busbar bushing when passing through the side plate of the adjacent cabinet. All busbars adopt composite insulation.
5.Cable compartment
PT, grounding switch, lightning arrester and multiple cables can be installed in the cable room.
6.Relay room
The relay room board and panel can be installed with secondary components such as control, protection components, metering, display instruments, and power monitoring indicators.
7.Interlocking device
The switch cabinet has a reliable interlocking device to effectively ensure the safety of operators and equipment:
The trolley can only be moved from the test/isolation position to the working position when the grounding switch is in the open position, and the rear door cannot be opened to prevent accidental entry into the live compartment.
When the trolley is completely pulled out of the cabinet or the trolley is in the test/isolation position in the cabinet and the grounding switch is interlocked and unlocked, the grounding switch closing operation can be performed: when the trolley is in the working position, the grounding switch cannot be closed. This prevents the grounding switch from being closed accidentally with power on, and prevents the trolley from being moved to the working position when the grounding switch is in the closed position.
The circuit breaker can only be operated when the circuit breaker trolley is in the test/isolation position or working position; and after the circuit breaker is closed, the trolley cannot be moved to prevent the circuit breaker from being pushed or pulled by the live load. Electrical interlocks can be installed between each cabinet.
8.Grounding device
In the cable room, a separate 6x50mm2 grounding busbar is provided, which can pass through adjacent cabinets and have good contact with the cabinet body.
Switchgear installation
1.Height of electrical room: ≥4500mm;
2.Distance from the back of the cabinet to the wall: ≥1500mm;
3.Flatness of foundation structure: ≤1mm/m2;
4.The part of the foundation embedded channel steel above the ground shall not exceed 3mm;
5.It can be fixed on the foundation by bolts or welding:
6.The weight of the switch cabinet is about 1800Kg;
7.Width of switch cabinet operation corridor (single row): ≥3000mm, double row (face to face): ≥4000mm.
