Product Overview
The box transformer structure is divided into six parts: transformer body, high-voltage room, low-voltage room, inspection room, switch operation room and fuse room, which can be arranged in a "目" shape or a "品" shape.
The high voltage side adopts terminal load switch plus fuse protection, and the fuse is a full range current limiting protection fuse.
The load switch and fuse are installed in the transformer oil tank, using the transformer's insulating oil as the insulating medium and heat dissipation medium. Overall, it has the advantages of compact structure and good heat dissipation performance.
The high-voltage side outgoing line adopts a high-voltage dry-type bushing-supported copper busbar structure, which can facilitate the connection of multiple cables. The low-voltage side outgoing line can be directly connected or configured with a low-voltage outgoing line solution according to user requirements.
The doors of the box-type transformer adopt windproof hinges, and all doors on the box body open outwards, with an opening angle of not less than 90°, and are equipped with positioning devices. The doors are sealed, equipped with door seals, have a buffer function, and are equipped with handles. The hidden latch can prevent rain, blockage, rust and damage.
The box body is a sealed anti-theft structure, with concealed high-strength bolts and oil-resistant nitrile rubber gaskets to seal the box cover. There are no exposed removable bolts in the entire box body.
Environmental conditions for use
When designing and selecting equipment, we fully consider various conditions of the use environment to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment. First of all, the altitude of the equipment should generally not exceed 4000 meters to ensure its normal operation. In terms of ambient temperature, the equipment can work stably in the range of -40℃ to +85℃ and adapt to extreme climatic conditions. For outdoor use, the equipment must be able to withstand wind speeds not exceeding 35 meters per second to ensure safety in bad weather. In addition, the shockproof performance of the equipment has also been strictly designed, with horizontal acceleration not exceeding 0.3 meters per second squared and vertical acceleration not exceeding 0.15 meters per second squared to reduce the impact of earthquakes or other vibrations on the equipment. In terms of anti-fouling level, the equipment design meets the corresponding anti-fouling standards to ensure reliability in various environments. The installation location is mainly outdoors to adapt to different application scenarios. If the user's use environment exceeds the above normal conditions, our company can carry out personalized design according to specific needs to meet specific use requirements and ensure the efficient operation of the equipment in various environments.
