Product Overview
This product places the high-voltage load switch and high-voltage fuse in the transformer oil, and adopts two structural forms: sharing the same box with the transformer body or separating the box. This design not only improves the safety and reliability of the equipment, but also effectively reduces the size of the equipment, making it easier to install and maintain. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure to ensure the stability of the oil inside the transformer and prevent the external environment from affecting its performance. At the same time, the oil tank is equipped with a variety of monitoring components such as oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve and oil drain valve, which can monitor the operating status of the transformer in real time and ensure the safe operation of the equipment under various working conditions.
This product is divided into ring network type, terminal type and power supply type according to different power supply modes, which can meet the needs of different users. The ring network type is suitable for occasions requiring high reliability power supply, the terminal type is suitable for the last link of power distribution, and the power supply type is used for the main power supply source. This diversified power supply mode makes the product more flexible in practical application and can adapt to different power grid structures and load requirements.
In order to make the product more in line with the actual requirements of my country's power grid, the company also launched plug-in dry-type fuses. The design of this fuse ensures that the melting of the fuse will not affect the performance of the transformer oil, thereby improving the overall stability and safety of the equipment. According to the complexity of the low-voltage feed-out requirements, the ZGS□-12 product is divided into three shell forms: standard, enhanced and comprehensive. This classification allows users and design units to be more flexible in selecting products that best suit their specific needs, thereby achieving more economical investment and more efficient power management. Through these innovative designs, the product has demonstrated excellent performance and broad application prospects in power distribution systems.
Product structure characteristics
1.The equipment has a compact structure and small size, which is only 1/3 to 1.5 times of the domestic European box-type substation with the same capacity, significantly reducing the footprint and facilitating installation and use in places with limited space.
2.The fully sealed and fully insulated design eliminates the need for insulation distance, effectively ensures personal safety and reduces the risk of electric shock.
3.The high-voltage wiring design is flexible and can be used for both ring network power supply and terminal power supply, providing a variety of power supply methods to ensure high reliability of the system.
4.The transformer has excellent performance, with the characteristics of low loss, low noise and low temperature rise. It has strong overload capacity and can resist short circuit and impact to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
5.The device can meet a variety of low-voltage feed-out requirements. Users can choose according to specific solutions or make personalized designs to adapt to different application scenarios.
6.The cable head provides two options: 200A elbow plug and 600A "T" type fixed cable connector, both of which can be equipped with fully insulated zinc oxide arresters. The 200A cable head can not only be plugged in and out under load, but also act as an isolating switch, enhancing the safety and flexibility of the system.
Environmental conditions for use
●In terms of ambient temperature, the equipment can operate normally under conditions where the maximum temperature reaches +40°C and the minimum temperature drops to -30°C, ensuring stability and reliability in extreme climates.
●The altitude limit is ≤4000 meters to meet the use requirements of plateau areas and ensure the performance of the equipment in different altitude environments.
●The wind speed requirement is no more than 34m/s (equivalent to 700Pa) to ensure that the equipment can still work safely and stably in a strong wind environment and avoid damage caused by excessive wind.
●In terms of humidity, the average daily relative humidity shall not exceed 95%, and the monthly relative humidity value shall also be controlled within 95% to prevent the impact of humid environment on the equipment and ensure its normal operation.
●The seismic performance requirements are that the horizontal acceleration does not exceed 0.4m/s² and the vertical acceleration does not exceed 0.15m/s² to ensure the safety and stability of the equipment in earthquakes or other vibration conditions.
●The inclination of the installation site shall not exceed 3° to ensure smooth installation and normal operation of the equipment and avoid malfunctions caused by inclination.
●The installation environment requires that the surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive and flammable gases, and the installation site should be free from severe vibration to ensure the long-term stability and safety of the equipment.
●If the ordered products exceed the requirements of the above conditions, the customer may negotiate with the company to find a suitable solution.
