Product Usage
This product places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in the transformer oil, and has two structural forms: one in the same box as the transformer body or in a separate box. The oil tank adopts a fully sealed structure and is equipped with oil temperature gauge, oil level gauge, pressure gauge, pressure relief valve, oil drain valve and other components to monitor the operating status of the transformer. This product is divided into ring network type, terminal type and power supply type power supply mode. In order to make this product more suitable for the actual requirements of my country's power grid, the company has also launched plug-in dry-type fuses, and the melting of the fuse does not affect the performance of the transformer oil. Based on the complexity of the low-voltage feed-out requirements, the ZGS□-12/0.4 type product is divided into three shell forms: standard type, enhanced type and comprehensive type, so that users and design units can be more flexible and economical when selecting.

Usage Environment
1.Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +40℃, minimum temperature -30℃;
2.Altitude ≤ 1000m;
3.Wind speed: equivalent to 34m/s (not more than 700pa);
4.Humidity: The average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the average monthly relative humidity is not more than 95%;
5.Shockproof: horizontal acceleration is not more than 0.4m/s2; vertical acceleration is not more than 0.15m/s2;
6.Installation site inclination: no more than 3°;
7.Installation environment: The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by corrosive and flammable gases, and there is no severe vibration at the installation site;

Structural features
The box shell skeleton structure of the prefabricated substation is made of channel steel and angle steel, which has high mechanical strength and ensures stability and durability under various environmental conditions. The outer shell is made of high-quality materials such as aluminum alloy plates, with a smooth surface, which is both beautiful and has good anti-corrosion properties, and can effectively resist erosion from the external environment. The base of the box is 300~600mm higher than the foundation. The design takes into account the needs of moisture and water accumulation to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
All cabinet doors open outwards at an angle greater than 90°and are equipped with positioning devices for easy operation and maintenance. Each door is equipped with a handle, a hidden latch, and a hidden lock that is rainproof, anti-blocking, and anti-rust to ensure the safety and anti-theft of the equipment. The entire cabinet adopts a fully sealed anti-theft structure, which further enhances the safety of the equipment.
In order to ensure that the temperature of all electrical equipment does not exceed its maximum allowable temperature when operating at normal ambient air temperature, the box is designed with sufficient natural ventilation holes and heat insulation measures. These ventilation holes can effectively promote air circulation, reduce the internal temperature, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The box of the prefabricated substation is equipped with a dedicated grounding conductor, which is equipped with fixed connection terminals connected to the grounding grid. The number is more than two and has obvious grounding marks. The diameter of the grounding terminal is not less than 12mm, and copper bolts are used to ensure good conductivity. The grounding conductor is made of copper tape, with a current density of no more than 200S/mm² and a load area of no less than 30mm². It can withstand the maximum short-circuit current without overheating or affecting the safety of surrounding objects. The dynamic thermal stability current borne by the dedicated grounding conductor should be coordinated with the grounding method of the high-voltage distribution device to ensure the safety and reliability of the entire system.
The prefabricated substation not only has high strength and aesthetics in structure, but also has comprehensive design in terms of safety, ventilation and grounding performance, fully meeting the needs of modern power distribution systems.
