YBG-35/0.315 Photovoltaic European Transformer

In terms of door design, the size of the box-type transformer door matches the size of the installed equipment, and adopts an internal hinge design. All doors open outwards with an opening angle greater than 90°, which is convenient for operation and maintenance. The box body is made of high-quality stainless steel plates, and the surface is painted with imported automotive paint. All of them adopt baking paint technology, which has excellent salt spray resistance, moisture and heat resistance, mildew resistance and outdoor weather resistance.

    Product Overview

    In order to enhance the durability of the box, the base and all exposed metal parts have been treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and sprayed with a durable protective layer to ensure long-term use in various environmental conditions. The top cover of the box is designed with a rainproof sealing cover and rainproof eaves. The double-layer structure of the top cover effectively prevents heat radiation, further improving the safety and stability of the equipment.

    Considering the special environmental conditions in the area where the photovoltaic power station is located, such as low temperature, large temperature difference, high humidity and strong wind and sand, the box-type transformer has a reasonable protective structure and dustproof design to ensure its normal and safe operation in harsh environments. Its low temperature resistance and protective measures enable the box-type transformer to work stably under various extreme climatic conditions and meet the high standards of users.

    The box-type transformer consists of three main parts: the high-voltage room, the low-voltage room and the transformer. The structural design is flexible and can be arranged in a "目" shape or a "品" shape according to actual needs. This modular design not only optimizes space utilization, but also facilitates maintenance and operation. The inner and outer surfaces of the box are finely processed to ensure that they are flat and smooth, without rust, coating shedding or bump damage. The coating layer is evenly and firmly applied, avoiding obvious contrast and reflection, and improving the overall aesthetics and durability.
