Normal use conditions

1.Altitude not exceeding 4000m;

2.The upper limit of ambient air temperature is +40℃, the lower limit is -25℃: relative temperature: the daily average value is not more than 95%; the monthly average value is not more than 95%;

3.The wind speed does not exceed 34m/s;

4.No frequent severe vibration and impact; no fire, explosion hazard, pollution level not exceeding level 3, and chemical corrosion.

5.Special operating environment conditions: When the above normal operating conditions cannot meet the use requirements, the user shall negotiate with the manufacturer.

Product structure characteristics

●The substation with an integral structure consists of two high-voltage switch rooms on the 40.5kV side and the 12kV side, a relay protection room and a transformer. The shells of the high-voltage switch room and the relay protection room can be made of stainless steel plates, steel plates or composite plates. Among them, the stainless steel plate structure has extremely strong corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical strength, and can maintain long-term stability in harsh environments; the various components of the steel plate structure have undergone special anti-corrosion treatment to ensure its service life in humid or corrosive environments; and the composite plate is favored for its bright colors, beautiful appearance, and good heat insulation and flame retardant properties. The transformer is located between the high-voltage switch rooms on the 40.5kV side and the 12kV side, and is directly installed on the foundation. It can be installed by users or manufacturers, providing flexible options.

●In the high-voltage switch room on the 40.5kV side, switchgear models such as KYN61-40.5 and KYN10-40.5 can be installed. Users can freely choose the incoming and outgoing line methods according to their needs. It supports overhead or cable connections to meet different power supply needs.

●The high-voltage switch room on the 12kV side can be installed with switchgear of types such as XGN2-12, XGN66-12, KYN28A-12, or ring network cabinets such as XGN15 and BKRM6, providing a variety of configuration options to adapt to different power systems.

●The relay protection room is equipped with AC panel, DC panel, signal panel, remote control panel (RTU), carrier panel or optical fiber terminal panel to ensure comprehensive monitoring and control of the power system.

●It should be noted that, according to the specific requirements of the user, this substation can adopt the traditional relay protection solution, or choose a more advanced substation microcomputer integrated automation system to improve the intelligence and automation level of the system.
