Low pressure side
In the design of the low-voltage side, the main switch uses an advanced universal or intelligent circuit breaker. This choice can not only achieve efficient selective protection, but also quickly cut off the power supply when a fault occurs, ensuring the safety and reliability of the system. For the outgoing line switch, we have selected a new type of molded case switch, which has the advantages of small size and light weight. At the same time, its arcing phenomenon has been effectively controlled and can support the connection of up to 30 circuits, greatly improving the flexibility and scalability of the system. In addition, the intelligent automatic tracking reactive power compensation device provides two switching modes: contactor and contactless. Users can choose according to actual needs to optimize the operating efficiency and stability of the power system.
Transformer
In terms of transformer selection, we use intelligent integrated substations equipped with low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, and S11 series transformers. These transformers not only have excellent electrical performance, but also effectively reduce energy loss and improve the energy efficiency of the overall system. In addition, users can also choose environmentally friendly resin-insulated or NOMEX paper-insulated dry-type transformers, which meet modern environmental standards while ensuring safety and reduce the impact on the environment. In order to facilitate maintenance and operation, the bottom of the transformer is equipped with a trolley design, which makes it easier to enter and exit and replace the transformer, improving the maintainability and efficiency of the equipment.
