Structural features
This product is connected by a high-voltage distribution device, a transformer and a low-voltage distribution device, and is divided into three functional compartments: a high-voltage room, a transformer room and a low-voltage room. The high-voltage room and the low-voltage room are fully functional and can support a variety of power supply methods, including ring network power supply, terminal power supply and dual power supply, etc. At the same time, high-voltage metering components can be installed to meet the needs of high-voltage metering. The transformer room can choose low-loss oil-immersed transformers or dry-type transformers such as S9 and SC series to ensure high efficiency and reliability. According to the specific requirements of the user, the low-voltage room can adopt a panel or cabinet-mounted structure to provide power distribution, lighting distribution, reactive power compensation, electric energy metering and electricity measurement and other functions to meet the different needs of users, facilitate power supply management and improve power supply quality.
The high-voltage room has a compact and reasonable structure design, and is equipped with comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking functions to ensure safety. When required by users, the transformer room can be equipped with tracks to facilitate the transformer to enter and exit from the two side doors. Each compartment is equipped with automatic lighting devices to ensure good lighting in any situation. In addition, all components selected for the high-voltage and low-voltage rooms are reliable and easy to operate, ensuring safe and reliable product operation and convenient maintenance.
This product adopts both natural ventilation and forced ventilation. The transformer room and high and low voltage rooms are equipped with ventilation ducts. The exhaust fan equipped with a temperature control device can automatically start and shut down according to the set temperature to ensure that the transformer operates within the normal temperature range.
The box structure design can effectively prevent rain and dirt from entering. The material is made of colored steel plates, which have anti-corrosion and heat-insulating functions, ensuring that it can adapt to long-term outdoor use conditions. It has good anti-corrosion, waterproof and dustproof properties, extending its service life. At the same time, it has a beautiful appearance and meets modern design requirements.
