Main structure and features
1.The cabinet body is welded with high-quality angle steel.
2.The circuit breaker room is located in the middle (lower) part of the cabinet, which is convenient for installation, commissioning and maintenance. It is equipped with ZN63AVS1-12) circuit breaker as standard, and is equipped with a pressure release channel to ensure personal safety.
3.The advanced and reliable rotary isolating switch is used, which allows safe entry into the circuit breaker room for maintenance when the main bus is energized. 4.The protection level of the whole cabinet is IP2X.
5.It is equipped with a reliable and fully functional mandatory mechanical locking device, which can meet the "five protection" requirements simply and effectively.

8.The operating mechanism lock adopts the JSXGN locking mechanism used in the XGN2-12 cabinet, which is simple, reliable, convenient and practical.
9.The incoming and outgoing cables are lower than the front of the cabinet bottom, making it convenient for users to connect.
Install
1.The protrusion of the installation foundation channel steel is 1-3mm, the unevenness per meter does not exceed 1.5mm, and the total length does not exceed 5mm.
2.Place the switch cabinets on the foundation in order, adjust the installation position, and then fix them with M12 bolts or spot welding. Tighten the cabinets with M8 bolts.
3.Remove the rear cover and install the main busbar and primary power supply. The terminal contact surface should be cleaned and coated with neutral vaseline. After installation, seal the cable hole.
4.Connect the grounding busbar between the cabinets to make them connected along the arrangement direction of the switch cabinets. Check whether the working grounding and protective grounding are missing, whether the grounding loop is connected and conductive, the working grounding resistance should not be greater than 1000μΩ, and the protective grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω.
5.Install the secondary cable. The cable is introduced from the bottom of the front of the cabinet, enters the low-voltage room along the side wall, and is connected to the terminal block; or it is introduced into the low-voltage room from the secondary busbar on the top of the cabinet, and the cable hole is sealed after installation.
6.Clean the dust and debris inside the cabinet.
