XGN2-12 box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear

HXGN-12 box type fixed metal enclosed switch cabinet (referred to as ring network cabinet) is suitable for AC 50Hz, 10KV network as a load breaking and short circuit and closing short circuit current. This ring network cabinet is equipped with manual and electric spring mechanisms to operate the load switch, and the grounding switch and disconnector are equipped with manual operating mechanisms.     Scope of application

    HXGN口-12 box-type fixed metal enclosed switchgear (referred to as ring main unit) is a high-performance device designed for AC 50Hz, 10KV power grid, widely used in urban power distribution, industrial power supply and other power systems.     Structure and anti-error device

    1.Structure

    This switch cabinet is a metal-enclosed box-type structure. The cabinet frame is welded by angle steel. The cabinet is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and relay room by steel plates. The operation of each major component in the cabinet can be observed through the observation window and lighting on the door. In order to improve the technical performance of the switch cabinet, each major component has been redesigned (such as circuit breaker, rotary disconnector, etc.). According to the layout of the cabinet, relays can be installed in the relay room, signal relays, indicating instruments, signal lights can be installed on the door, and the transfer switch installation and operation room, the rear is the busbar room, and the lower part is the cable room, so that users can easily connect. The front is the circuit breaker room, which is convenient for the maintenance of the switch cabinet. The internal structure of the cabinet is shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and the product manual.

    2.Anti-error device

    The "five protection" functions are: preventing the circuit breaker from opening or closing by mistake; preventing the disconnector from opening or closing by mistake under load; preventing the earthing switch from closing under power; preventing the power from being turned on when the earthing switch is closed; preventing the accidental entry into the live compartment. This switch cabinet adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method. The locking device is composed of the main components such as the support, disc, panel, lock plate, handle, and connecting rod. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, complete functions, simple structure, and convenient operation, so as to achieve the "five protections" simply and effectively:

    (1) The control switch with red and green flip cards (KW switch) is used in the circuit breaker solution to prevent the circuit breaker from being opened or closed by mistake:

    (2) Only after the circuit breaker is actually disconnected, can the small handle be pulled out from the "working" position and turned right to the "disconnection lock" position to open and close the disconnector to prevent the disconnector from opening and closing under load. The reversibility of lock and reverse lock has a dual anti-misoperation function, that is, when the small handle is in the "disconnection lock" position, only the upper and lower disconnectors can be closed and opened, and the circuit breaker cannot be closed, thus avoiding the accidental closing of the circuit breaker;

    (3) When the circuit breaker and the upper and lower isolating switches are in the closed state and the small handle is in the "working" position, the front and rear cabinet doors cannot be opened to prevent accidental entry into the live compartment;

    (4) When the upper and lower isolating switches are not opened, the grounding switch cannot be closed, and the small handle cannot be rotated from the "disconnection and locking" position to the "maintenance" position to prevent the grounding wire from being hung with power:

    (5) If the grounding switch is not opened, the upper and lower isolating switches cannot be closed, which can prevent the upper and lower isolating switches from being closed with the grounding wire.
