Wall bushing 110

AC wall bushing is a device used in power systems to allow wires or cables to pass through the walls, floors or ceilings of buildings. It is mainly used for conducting electricity, ensuring smooth transmission of current inside and outside the building, while protecting the electrical lines from the outside environment.

    Product Overview

Wall bushing is a key electrical device in power systems used to safely pass conductive parts through structures such as walls and partitions.

It mainly consists of an insulating part and a conductive part. The insulating part is usually made of materials such as porcelain or silicone rubber, which has good insulation performance and mechanical strength, can withstand high voltage and prevent leakage, and provide support and fixation for the conductive part. The conductive part is generally a copper or aluminum conductor, which is responsible for transmitting current.

Wall bushings can be divided into indoor and outdoor types according to the use environment. The outdoor type has better weather resistance and anti-fouling performance. According to the insulation material, it can be divided into porcelain insulation and dry capacitor type. According to the conductor material, it can be divided into copper conductor, aluminum conductor and busbar type. Its function is to achieve the connection of conductors in different spatial positions under the premise of ensuring electrical insulation, so that electricity can be transmitted safely and reliably.

    Application areas

Substation: It is used to connect the busbars or conductive parts of electrical equipment of different voltage levels in the substation from one compartment or area through walls, floors, etc. to achieve electrical connection and insulation isolation, so as to ensure the safety and stability of power transmission in the substation.

Switching station: In the switching station, it is used to connect the conductive circuit of the switch equipment with the busbar or other equipment, so that the current can pass smoothly through the wall penetration part, while providing reliable insulation and mechanical support to ensure the normal operation of the switch station.

Power plant: The lead wires of large electrical equipment such as generators and transformers can be passed through the walls of the plant to connect the power transmission lines inside and outside the plant. While ensuring the insulation performance, it adapts to the complex operating environment and high power transmission requirements of the power plant.

Industrial and civil buildings: In some large industrial plants or high-rise buildings, when high-voltage electricity needs to be introduced, AC wall bushings can be used to introduce high-voltage cables or busbars from outdoors into indoor distribution rooms to provide power for electrical equipment in the building while ensuring electrical safety.
