Single Phase Pole Mounted Transformer
Conventional Type
The traditional single-phase pole-mounted transformer adopts a cylindrical sealed structure, which is designed to provide excellent protection and durability. Each transformer is equipped with a grounding device to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and prevent accidents caused by leakage or short circuit. The transformer is also equipped with hooks and support ears that meet ANSI standards for easy installation and maintenance.
On the high-voltage side, the transformer cover is usually equipped with one or two high-voltage bushings, which are used to connect power lines to ensure the safe transmission of high-voltage current. The low-voltage bushings are installed on the tank wall and are responsible for safely transmitting electricity to the user end. The transformer design also includes bolts and connection terminals to ensure a solid connection between the various components and improve the reliability of the overall structure.
When performing maintenance or repair, be sure to disconnect the power supply and adjust the tap changer according to the instructions in the operating manual. This process is essential to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and extend its service life. Through reasonable operation and maintenance, traditional single-phase pole-mounted transformers can work stably in various environments and meet the power needs of residential and commercial users. Its reliable performance and safe design make it an indispensable and important equipment in the power distribution system.
CSP Type
This type of transformer is of CSP type, with lightning protection, self-protection short circuit function, and can protect the transmission and distribution lines from current failure caused by self-fault. In addition to some similarities with traditional transformers in terms of cylindrical oil tank, hook, lug, grounding device, nameplate, core and winding, this type of transformer also has the following features and devices: one or two high-voltage lead wires are installed on the top with fuses; one or two lightning arresters are installed on the side wall of the oil tank, the top of which is close to the high-voltage lead wire and connected to the lead wire through a copper bar; a secondary circuit breaker is set above the winding inside the oil tank, equipped with an operating handle, overload reset and signal light; the low-voltage lead wire is led out from the side wall of the oil tank, and the grounding device is fixed at the X2 position; one end of the single lead wire is led out through the high-voltage lead wire and the other end is grounded. All components are manufactured in accordance with IEC60076, ANSI/IEEE C57.12.20, CSA C2.1-06, CSA C2.2-06 and other standards.
