Product Technical Background and Positioning
As a model product for the localization of Siemens technology, the JSG series covers the full power range from 160VA small control transformers to 600KVA industrial-grade transformers. The 160VA-16KVA power range is achieved through three key technological innovations:
Mechanical compatibility: The mounting flange hole distance tolerance is controlled within ±0.3mm, and it is 100% interchangeable with the Siemens 4AP series.
Thermal design optimization: Adopting stepped heat dissipation channel design, the temperature rise is reduced by 15K compared with the traditional structure (measured data).
Electromagnetic compatibility: passed EN55011 Class A EMC test, radiated interference <30dBμV/m.

Standardized structure: 16KVA and below products all use a 235×180×210mm (length×width×height) chassis
Electrical standardization: ±5% taps are standard on the primary side (±2×2.5% fine adjustment is optional); the secondary single-phase winding supports a maximum capacity allocation of 30%; the rectifier circuit is adaptable to 6-pulse/12-pulse topologies
