MNS Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
Model and Definitions

Environmental conditions for use
◆The surrounding air temperature should not exceed +40℃and not be lower than -5℃, with an average temperature within 24 hours not exceeding +35℃.
◆Atmospheric conditions: The air should be clean, with Relative Humidity not exceeding 50% at the maximum temperature of +40℃. Higher Relative Humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃; however, temperature changes should be considered, as condensation may occur occasionally.
◆The altitude should not exceed 2,000 meters.
◆This device is suitable for transportation and storage processes within the temperature range of -25℃to +55℃. For a period short (not exceeding 24 hours), it can reach +70℃. At these extreme temperatures, the device should not suffer any irreparable damage and should operate normally under standard conditions.
◆If the above application conditions cannot be met, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate a solution.
◆When this device is used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.
Cabinet Structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of C-shaped profiles assembled together. The C-shaped profiles are made of steel plates bent with E=25mm as the modular mounting hole. All cabinet frames and internal partitions undergo galvanized phosphating treatment. Surrounding door panels and side panels are finished with high- voltage electrostatic spraying.
