MNS low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet

MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is developed by our company after referring to the MNS series low-voltage switchgear of ABB Company of Switzerland and making comprehensive improvements. It is currently the most advanced low-voltage withdrawable switchgear in China. The product is composed of standardized, series modules, and the drawer has a reliable mechanical interlocking device, which makes it safer and more reliable for users to use. This switchgear is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz. The rated insulation voltage and working voltage are 380 (400). 660V, the rated current is 5000A and below three-phase five-wire power supply system, which can be used in power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, airports. Wharfs and communication centers such as radio and television, as power generation. Transmission and distribution, power conversion and power consumption equipment control, and reactive power compensation for its main busbar through the capacitor compensation cabinet.

    Structural features

    a.Compact design: It adopts a pull-out structure with high space utilization, and can integrate multiple functional units in a limited space.

    b.Modular and flexible assembly: Based on 25mm C-profile, it can meet different structural requirements and can be freely combined into standard units such as protection, operation, conversion, control, adjustment, measurement and indication. It provides more than 200 parts and supports diversified frame and drawer configuration.

    c.High safety: High-strength flame-retardant engineering plastic components are used in key parts to significantly improve protection performance.

    d.Advanced technical indicators: core parameters meet international technical standards and have excellent performance.

    Environmental conditions for use

    (1)Ambient temperature requirements

    The equipment operating environment temperature range is -5℃ to +40℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃.

    (2)Humidity and air quality requirements

    The working environment should maintain clean air and be free of corrosive gases, conductive dust or flammable and explosive substances.

    Relative humidity limit: When the ambient temperature is +40℃, the humidity shall not exceed 50%; at lower temperatures (such as +20℃), the humidity is allowed to rise to 90%, but attention should be paid to temporary condensation that may be caused by temperature fluctuations.

    (3)Altitude restrictions

    The altitude of the equipment installation site should not exceed 2000 meters. When the altitude exceeds this level, the effect of thin air on heat dissipation and insulation performance must be considered.

    (4)Transportation and storage conditions

    Temperature range: The equipment can adapt to an environment of -25°C to +55°C during transportation and storage;

    Short-time limit: It is allowed to withstand a high temperature of +70℃ for a short period of time not exceeding 24 hours;

    Performance requirements: Under the above extreme conditions, the equipment must not suffer permanent damage and should be able to maintain standard working conditions after returning to normal environment.

    (5)Special working condition handling

    If the actual use environment exceeds the above specified range (such as extreme cold, high humidity, ultra-high altitude, etc.), the user needs to negotiate with the manufacturer to customize a solution to ensure reliable operation of the equipment.
