KYN28-12 Metal armored center-mounted removable switchgear

    Environmental conditions for use

    Ambient air temperature: Upper limit +40℃ Lower limit general area -10℃:

    Altitude: 1000m;

    Relative humidity: daily average value is not more than 95%, monthly average value is not more than 90%;

    Water vapor pressure: daily average value is not more than 2.2KPa, monthly average value is not more than 1.8KPa;

    When the temperature drops suddenly, condensation may occur, accompanied by dirt. This product is suitable for the following two environmental conditions that are more severe than normal conditions:

    (1) Condensation is not frequent (no more than twice a month on average) and there is slight contamination:

    (2) Generally, there is no condensation (no more than twice a year on average) but there is serious pollution:

    No fire, explosion hazard, or severe pollution that can corrode metals and damage insulation;

    A place without severe vibration, bumps and vertical inclination not exceeding 80 degrees;

    Note: (1) Storage and transportation at -30℃ is allowed:

    (2) When the altitude exceeds 1000m, it shall be handled in accordance with JB/2102 "Technical Requirements for High Voltage Electrical Appliances at Altitude". When the altitude does not exceed 2000m, no measures are required for low voltage auxiliary equipment;

    (3) When the actual use conditions are different from the above, the user and the manufacturer should negotiate.

    A.Hand car
    The frame of the trolley is made of thin steel plate processed by CNC machine tools, riveted and welded. According to the purpose, the trolley can be divided into circuit breaker trolley, voltage transformer trolley, isolation trolley, metering trolley, etc. The trolleys of the same specifications can be easily interchanged. The trolley has isolation position, test position and working position in the cabinet. Each position is equipped with a positioning device to ensure that the trolley cannot be moved at will when it is in the above position, and the interlock must be released when moving the trolley.

    B.Busbar room
    The busbar is led from one switch cabinet to another through the branch busbar and the static contact box. The flat branch busbar is connected to the static contact box and the main busbar by bolts without any other wire clamps or insulators. When the user and the project have special needs, the connection bolts on the busbar row can be encapsulated with insulation and end caps. When the busbar passes through the switch cabinet partition, it is fixed with a busbar bushing. If an internal fault arc occurs, it can limit the accident from spreading to the adjacent cabinet and ensure the mechanical strength of the busbar.

    C.Cable Room
    Current transformers, grounding switches, lightning arresters and cables can be installed in the cable room, and a slit removable aluminum plate is provided at the bottom to ensure convenient on-site construction.

    D.Relay instrument room
    The relay instrument room is used to install various relays, instruments, signal indicators, operating switches and other components. In addition, a small busbar room can be added on the top of the instrument room according to user requirements, and 16-way control small busbars can be laid.

    Lock structure
    The connection between the middle door and the cabinet body adopts a lock structure and is equipped with a lifting mechanism to make the middle door easier to open. When the middle door is in a closed state, the connection strength between it and the cabinet body is better, enhancing the ability to effectively resist internal arcing faults.

    Pressure relief device
    Pressure relief devices are installed above the trolley room, busbar room and cable room. When an internal fault arc occurs in the circuit breaker or main busbar or cable room, the air pressure inside the switch cabinet will rise along with the appearance of the arc. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the pressure relief metal plate of the top device will be automatically opened to release the pressure and discharge the gas to ensure the safety of the operator and the switch cabinet.
