Overview
KYN28-12 (GZS1) armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is a high-voltage power distribution equipment designed for three-phase AC 50Hz power system and widely used in power access, distribution and control. The equipment can not only effectively receive and distribute electric energy, but also has the function of real-time monitoring and protection of circuits to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
The switchgear adopts an armored structure with good protection performance, can resist the influence of the external environment, and is suitable for use under various complex conditions. Its newly introduced and developed high-current, high-breaking switchgear has excellent breaking capacity and can cope with extreme situations such as high load and short-circuit faults to ensure the reliability of the power system. Normal use conditions
1.Ambient air temperature: -15℃-+40℃;
2.Humidity conditions:
Daily average relative humidity: ≤95%, daily average water vapor pressure does not exceed 2.2kPa:
Monthly average relative humidity: ≤90%, monthly average water vapor pressure does not exceed 1.8kPa.
3.Altitude: 4000m and below.
4.Earthquake intensity: no more than 8 degrees.
5.The surrounding air should not be obviously polluted by corrosive or flammable gases, water vapor, etc.
6.The place is not subject to frequent severe vibration.
7.When used under conditions exceeding the normal conditions specified in GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

2.For altitudes of 3000m~4000m, rated current is ≤1250A and rated circuit breaking current is ≤31.5kA.
Structural characteristics

2.The cabinet body is made of imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plate, processed by FMS flexible processing system, using advanced multiple folding technology, connected with rivet nuts and high-strength bolts, with high precision, corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength and strong versatility.
3.The trolley has working and testing positions, and each position is equipped with positioning and display devices, which is safe and reliable.
4.Cars of the same specifications can be interchanged freely with strong interchangeability.
5.The handcart is transported by a special carrier, which is easy and flexible to operate.
6.The cable room can be installed with up to 9 single-core cables.
7.Reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices fully meet the "five protection" requirements.
8.All high-pressure chambers are equipped with pressure relief channels to ensure personal safety.
9.The front door is equipped with an observation window to observe the working status of indoor components.
