Product Overview‌

As a model of localized application of German technology, the JBK5 series achieves product iteration through three core technological innovations:

1.Structural reinforcement

The die-cast alloy base plate adopts one-time molding technology, and the installation accuracy is improved by 0.15mm compared with the JBK3 series.

The terminal block and the frame are integrated into the design, and the cold-pressed terminals (IT Cold terminals) that have passed the 16kN pressure test ensure the connection strength.

2.Process upgrade

TIG argon arc welding is used between silicon steel components, with a weld penetration depth of 2.3mm.

Electromagnetic system losses reduced by 22% (compared to EN61558-2-6 standard).

3.Certification system

Passed the EU CE certification (EN 60204-1:2018) and the US UL5085-1 standard.

Complies with China's GB5226.1-2019 mechanical and electrical safety requirements.

Protection level: IP2LX (anti-intrusion of foreign objects with a diameter of 12.5mm).

This series of products is particularly suitable for harsh environments such as CNC machining centers where oil mist and metal dust are present. The design of grounding resistance ≤0.1Ω significantly improves equipment safety.
