Product Overview
Designed for the Mode 1150-200 automatic canning machine, this transformer has a rated power of 40 kVA and an input voltage of 220 V (adjustable in four settings: high/medium/medium-low/low). It utilizes Class F insulation and has passed the 3800 V/1 min withstand voltage test (leakage current ≤ 0.5 mA). Its core features include: ① a 100-300 Hz wideband adaptive circuit; ② an 85°C automatic temperature control unit; and ③ an 8 L/min circulating water cooling system (ZG3/8 interface). It is particularly suitable for metal packaging production lines requiring high-frequency, stable power.
