Product Overview
Three-phase 380V input/12V output transformer, supports 20%-50% duty cycle, and uses F-class insulation material (155°C continuous temperature resistance). Core configuration:

Features
1.Grid adaptability
It supports 50Hz/60Hz dual-band automatic switching technology, an input voltage tolerance of ±5% (measured range 285-475V), and is compatible with mainstream global power grid standards.
2.Safety protection system
A triple temperature protection mechanism is used: when the internal temperature reaches 85°C, air cooling is triggered step by step, followed by reduced capacity operation and emergency power off response. Overload protection automatically initiates power capacity adjustment when the load current exceeds 50% of the duty cycle by monitoring the load current in real time.
3.Thermal Solutions
Equipped with a military-grade ZG 1/4-inch high-pressure water cooling interface (compliant with ISO 228 standards) and a high-flow circulation system ≥8L/min, the temperature rise of core components is strictly controlled to ≤65K (IEC 60076 standard), improving heat dissipation efficiency by 300% compared to traditional air cooling.
4.Extreme environment tolerance
It has passed F-class insulation certification (continuous temperature resistance of 155°C/peak temperature of 180°C), maintains stable operation under 45°C ambient temperature and 95% RH humidity conditions, and has an insulation resistance of ≥100MΩ, meeting the requirements of high-humidity and high-temperature scenarios such as ships and mines.
5.Electrical safety performance
Leakage current ≤ 0.5mA (3800V power frequency withstand voltage test conditions), in line with GB/T 16927.1-2011 safety regulations.
