Product Overview
This transformer utilizes copper foil winding technology (conductivity ≥99.9% IACS) and Class F composite insulation (temperature resistance 155°C continuous/180°C peak). A built-in DSP control chip enables automatic frequency matching and features an active harmonic suppression module (THD <3%). The cooling system utilizes 304 stainless steel channels (Ra ≤ 1.6μm), compatible with industrial cooling water circulation networks. This product is certified according to GB/T 18494.1-2025 for industrial transformers.
