HXGN-12 (European style) box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear

HXGN口-12 type box-type fixed metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as ring main unit) is an AC high-voltage complete electrical device with a rated voltage of 12kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used for three-phase AC ring network, terminal distribution network and industrial power equipment. It plays the role of receiving and distributing electric energy, etc. It is also suitable for installation in box-type substations.

    Structural characteristics

    1.It adopts a fully assembled structure, which is light and beautiful, can be installed in any combination, and is convenient for unlimited expansion and extension.

    2.It can be equipped with FN12-10 compressed air load switch and combination electrical appliances, or FZN25-12 vacuum load switch and combination electrical appliances, and the installation dimensions are completely consistent. It is small in size, maintenance-free, has a three-phase linkage structure, and has a clear isolation break.

    3.Equipped with FN12-10 load switch and combination electrical appliance, the installation method is flexible and can be installed on the left or right side, upright or inverted.

    Installation and debugging

    1.When installing, first place the ring main unit on the installation foundation, arrange it neatly, debug it, and then fasten it with fasteners.

    2.When installing the main busbar, open the busbar chamber for installation. The contact surface of the busbar should be flat and free of dirt.

    3.The ring network cabinet should be grounded reliably and the grounding loop should be checked.

    4.During debugging, perform debugging according to the ring network operating instructions and the instructions of each component in the cabinet.

    5.After installation and commissioning, operate the switch components and anti-misoperation mechanisms 5 times. If no abnormality is found, the switch mechanism is considered to be operating normally.

    Usage and troubleshooting

    1.Check before power supply

    Before supplying power to the ring main unit, the electrical performance, insulation level and wiring correctness of all components in the unit should be fully checked. Only when everything is normal can it be put into operation.

    2.Normal operation status

    During normal operation, whether it is the incoming or outgoing cabinet, the load switch should be in the closed position, the grounding knife should be in the open position, and the cabinet should be in the closed interlock state.

    3.Troubleshooting

    3.1. When repairing a fault in the incoming cabinet, first cut off the incoming power supply, open the load switch, and check the power display on the cabinet. After confirming that everything is correct, close the grounding knife and open the door for maintenance.

    3.2. When repairing a fault in the outgoing line cabinet, the load switch in the cabinet should be disconnected first, the grounding knife should be closed, and the front door should be opened for maintenance. At this time, the main busbar is energized.
