    Product Introduction

    The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase porcelain pillar single break structure, with a spring operated mechanism for each phase, and three-phase electrical linkage, so the appearance is novel and exquisite. The circuit breaker uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium, and adopts a pointer type density relay to monitor its pressure and density progress. Due to the use of self powered arc extinguishing principle and optimized design in the circuit breaker motion system, the mechanical efficiency has been effectively improved and the operating power has been minimized to the greatest extent possible; Excellent breaking performance and long electrical lifespan;

     

    Each pole of this product is installed on a mechanism box, which is centrally mounted on the foundation. The box contains a spring operated mechanism and an electrical control unit. The output rod of the mechanism is connected to the crank arm. The surface of the mechanism box bracket is hot-dip galvanized, and the fasteners are hot-dip galvanized. The mechanism box shell is made of stainless steel material, so the product has excellent corrosion resistance. High mechanical reliability, capable of frequent operation;

     

    Due to the inherent high insulation strength of sulfur hexafluoride gas and the optimal contact movement of the circuit breaker, the breaking capacitive current of the circuit breaker does not reignite: the external insulation level is high, the external insulation is designed with a large creepage distance, and the pollution resistance is excellent.

     

    Strong current carrying capacity: Conduct temperature rise tests at 1.2 times the rated current of 4000A, and there is still a large margin for temperature rise at each point; The overall appearance structure of the product is compact, easy to install and debug on site, and the maintenance workload is small.
