HDCR-12 10kv 12KV 200A 400A 630A Outdoor High Voltage Porcelain Disconnector

This disconnect switch is mainly composed of base, post insulator, main conductive loop, and self-locking devices. It is single-phase fracture vertical opening structure, and the post insulators are installed on their bases respectively. The switch breaks and closes the circuit by a knife-switch structure, whose knife switch is composed of two pieces of conductive blades for each phase. There are compression springs on both sides of the blade, and the height of springs can be adjusted to obtain the contact pressure required by the opening knife. When the switch is opened and closed, an insulated hook rod is used to operate the mechanism part, and the knife has a self-locking device.

    The HDCR-12/630 HGW10-12/630 outdoor single pole isolation switch is a single-phase, pole-mounted device designed specifically for outdoor use. It offers a distinct advantage by providing a clearly visible break, which is crucial for maintenance personnel to ensure safety during inspections and repairs. Additionally, it functions effectively as a break point in electrical circuits.​

    This isolation switch features a double column structure. Insulators and bolts are securely fastened to a base that has undergone hot-dip galvanization for anti-corrosion treatment. Operation is straightforward; simply pulling the pull ring allows for easy activation of the switch. By default, the isolation knife opens to a limit of 160 °, but this can be adjusted to 90 ° on-site or even removed for unrestricted movement.​

    When it comes to installing the DWR-12/630HDMR isolation switch, an optional installation backplane is available. This backplane can be conveniently clamped onto the crossbar, providing a stable and secure way to fix the switch in place during the installation process.
