GGD low voltage switchgear

GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises as power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage 380V, and rated current up to 3150A for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment. The product has high breaking capacity and rated short-time withstand current of 50KA. It has the characteristics of flexible line scheme, convenient combination, strong practicality and novel structure. This product is one of the representative products of assembled and fixed panel switchgear in my country. This product complies with standards such as GB7251 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment" and IEC439 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment".

    Normal use conditions

    1.Ambient temperature: -5℃~+40℃, the average temperature within 24 hours is not higher than +35℃

    2.Altitude: 2000m and below.

    3.Relative humidity: not more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20℃).

    Temperature changes may occasionally cause condensation.

    4.The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane should not exceed 5° when it is installed.

    5.The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded.

    1. Auxiliary circuit solution

    The design of auxiliary circuits is divided into two parts: power supply plan and power plant plan.

    1. Main busbar

    When the rated current is 1500A or less, a single copper busbar is used. When the rated current is greater than 1500A, a double copper busbar is used. The overlapping surfaces of the busbars are treated with tinning process.

    1. Selection of electrical components

    4.1. GGD cabinets mainly use domestically produced electrical components such as DW17, DZ20, DW15, etc. The cabinet frame circuit breakers can also use DW45, CW1, AE, M, F, etc. The molded case circuit breakers use DZ253, TM30, NS and other advanced electrical components at home and abroad.

    4.2. HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operation knife switches are special components designed to meet the needs of the unique structure of GGD cabinets. They change the operation mode of the mechanism.It retains the advantages of the old product and is a practical new type of electrical component.

    4.3. If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to user needs, since the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, it will generally not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the update of electrical components.

    4.4. In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the circuit, the busbar support of the GGD cabinet adopts a special ZMJ type combined busbar clamp and insulating support. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high-flame-retardant PPO composite material thermoplastic molding, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar or double busbar clamp by simply adjusting the building block. The insulating support is a simple molded structure with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect of insufficient creepage distance of old products.

    4.5. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the folding edge of the door. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

     4.6. The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wire. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled washers, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.

    4.7. The cabinet surface is treated with high-voltage electrostatic spray powder. It has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte, which avoids glare effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

    4.8. The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

    4.9. The protection level of the cabinet is IP30. Users can also choose between IP20 and IP30 according to the requirements of the use environment.

     Structural features

    1. The cabinet of GGD type AC low voltage power distribution complete switchgear adopts the form of universal cabinet, and the frame is assembled with C profiles. The frame parts and special matching parts are produced and supplied by our company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle, and there are 20 module installation holes with high universal coefficient. It can enable the factory to realize pre-production. It not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves work efficiency.
    2. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of the heat dissipation problem during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet from the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation. 3. The GGD cabinet is designed according to the requirements of modern industrial product design, using the golden ratio method to design the cabinet shape and the division size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and generous.
