GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet

GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet is a key component in the power distribution system, designed to ensure safe and efficient power management. The distribution cabinet can accommodate a variety of electrical components and provide a reliable solution for low voltage power distribution in industrial and commercial applications. Ambient temperature is a key factor affecting the performance of GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet. It is recommended that the temperature does not exceed +40℃ or is lower than -5℃.

    Environmental conditions for use

    ◆The ambient air temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours should not be higher than +35℃;

    ◆For indoor installation, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;

    ◆The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃, and a larger relative humidity shall be allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20℃) to take into account the influence of condensation that may occur occasionally due to temperature changes;

    ◆The inclination of the equipment to the vertical plane should not exceed 5° when it is installed;

    ◆The equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded;

    ◆If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.

    Structural features

    1.The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of universal cabinet. The frame is assembled by partial welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel production factory to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet. The parts of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20-module installation holes. The high universal coefficient enables the factory to realize pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle but also improves work efficiency.

    2.The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers the heat dissipation problem during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slots, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slots, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.

    3.GGD cabinets are designed according to the requirements of modern industrial product design. The golden ratio method is used to design the cabinet shape and the size of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and elegant.

    4.The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded in the folded edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke.It can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

    5.The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-strand soft copper wires, and the mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the frame with knurled screws. The entire cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.

    6.The cabinet body is painted with polyester orange-shaped baking varnish, which has strong adhesion and good quality. The whole cabinet is matte in color, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.

    7.The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

    8.The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.

    Installation and Usage

    After the product arrives at the delivery location, you should first check whether the packaging is intact. If any problems are found, you should promptly notify the relevant department to find out the cause. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate place according to the regulations of normal use conditions.

    1.Product Installation

    The installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation diagram (see Figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be prepared by the user. When the main busbar is installed in a whole row with tin plating, the overlapping surface should be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then secured with bolts.

    2.After the product is installed and before it is put into operation, the following items need to be inspected and tested:

    (1) Check whether the cabinet paint has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

    (2) The operating mechanism of the electrical components should be flexible and should not be stuck or have excessive operating force.

    (3) Whether the main and auxiliary contacts of the main electrical appliances are on and off reliably and accurately.

    (4) Check whether the instrument indication and the transformer ratio and polarity are correct.

    (5) Check whether the busbar connection is in good condition and whether the insulating supports, mounting parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

    (6) Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the fuse's melting specifications are correct, whether the relay's setting value meets the design requirements, and whether the operation is reliable and accurate.

    (7) Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram.

    (8) Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.

    (9) The insulation resistance value measured with a 500V megohmmeter shall not be less than 1 megohm.
