GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear

GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "switchgear") is a low-voltage withdrawable switchgear designed and developed by our company to meet the requirements of design units and power users. It is in line with national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the needs of power market development and can compete with existing imported products. This product has been widely used by power users.

 

    Scope of application

    The switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high automation and computer interface requirements, it is used as a low-voltage complete distribution device for power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and power supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 380V (400V), (660V), and a rated current of 4000A or less. The basic form of the switchgear (see Figure 1). This product complies with the standards of: GB7251 Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment, JB/T9661 Low Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear, and IEC439 Low Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment.

    Normal use conditions

    1.Ambient air temperature: -5℃~+40℃; daily average temperature shall not exceed +35℃. If exceeded, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation.

    2.Altitude: 2000m and below.

    3.Relative humidity: not more than 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20℃. Consideration should be given to the occasional condensation caused by temperature changes.

    4.The installation inclination shall not exceed 5°, and the entire cabinet row shall be relatively flat (in compliance with GBJ232-82 standard).

    5.The switchgear should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact and where the electrical components are not subject to unnecessary corrosion. Note: If the user has special requirements, they can negotiate with our company to resolve them.
