GCS low voltage withdrawable switch cabinet

A highlight of the GCS switchgear is that its main frame is made of 8MF open steel. This material is not only strong and durable, but also highly customizable. Both sides of the frame are equipped with mounting holes with a spacing of 20 mm, 100 mm and φ9.2 mm, which are convenient and flexible for internal installation. The equipment is equipped with independent functional rooms, each of which is divided into different compartments to accommodate functional units, busbars and cables. This compartment design ensures that each functional area operates independently, thereby reducing the risk of cross contamination and improving the overall safety of the system.

    Main structure

    1.The main frame adopts 8MF open-end steel. The two sides of the steel have installation holes with modules of 20mm, 100mm and Φ9.2mm respectively, which makes the internal installation flexible and convenient.

    2.The main frame assembly is designed in two forms: fully assembled structure and partially (side frame and beam) welded structure for users to choose.

    3.The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into functional unit room, busbar room and cable room. The functions of each room are relatively independent.

    4.The horizontal main busbar is arranged flat behind the cabinet to enhance the busbar's ability to resist electrodynamic forces. This is a basic measure to ensure that the main circuit of the device has high short-circuit strength capabilities.

    5.The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit.

    Functional Unit

    1.The module of drawer layer is 160mm. It is divided into five size series: 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 3/2 unit, 2 units, 3 units.The rated current of the unit circuit is 400A or less.

    2.The drawer changes only in height, and its width and depth remain unchanged. Drawers of the same functional unit have good interchangeability.

    3.Each MCC cabinet can be installed with a maximum of 11 one-unit drawers or 22 1/2-unit drawers. Drawers with more than one unit use multifunctional back panels.

    4.The drawer input and output lines use plug-ins of the same specification with different numbers of pieces according to the current size.

    5.1/2 The connection between the unit drawer and the cable compartment adopts a back plate structure 21-2 type adapter.

    6.The connection between the unit drawer and the cable room shall be divided into current grades using the same size rod-type or tubular structure Z-1 type adapter.

    7.The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
