ABILKEEN LVQB(T)-35-220 Oil-immersed Inverted Type Accuracy Class

LVQB (T) -35/66/110/220 current transformer is a SF6 gas insulated independent inverted structure current transformer independently developed by our factory based on reference to similar products at home and abroad. This product has advantages that oil immersed transformers cannot have: using high electrical strength SF6 gas as the insulation medium, good insulation performance, long service life, short production cycle, simplified process, oil-free, maintenance free, safer and more reliable operation, which can meet the high reliability requirements of modern power grids for transmission and transformation equipment

    Product Overview

    The product adopts an inverted structure, consisting of a shell, explosion-proof plate, body, sleeve, base, density relay and other components. The product is equipped with a shielding component to improve the electric field inside, and the secondary lead is connected to a closed junction box. There are two types of shells: three-way shell and bell shaped shell. The main insulation adopts a coaxial cylindrical uniform electric field structure. The primary guide rod and the secondary shield form a coaxial cylindrical uniform electric field with each other. To change the current ratio, a series parallel connection can be used, or a series parallel connection can be used, with all ratios obtained from the secondary tap. Explosion proof plates have been installed on the upper part of the shell. The internal insulation of SF6 gas insulated transformers has high reliability, and it is generally impossible to generate internal insulation fault arcs. However, considering the possibility of internal arcs caused by unforeseeable unexpected factors, explosion-proof plates are specially installed as a security measure for the equipment. External insulation sleeve: For products with 220kV and below, high-strength ceramic sleeves or high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber composite hollow insulation sleeves are used, which can withstand a rated pressure of 1.6MPa (failure pressure>4.0MPa).
