Product Overview
This product features an advanced SF6 gas-insulated live tank structure, integrating a penetrating-type conducting rod primary winding and a welded aluminum alloy upper enclosure for superior electrical performance and safety. The primary winding, constructed from high-purity copper alloy in a penetrating rod configuration, can withstand a maximum short-time current of 63kA/3s in series connection mode, ensuring stable operation under extreme short-circuit conditions.
The upper enclosure is fabricated using lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy welding technology, with a metal bursting disc assembly integrated at the top. In the event of internal arcing faults, once the pressure inside the enclosure rises to the critical threshold of 0.85 MPa, the bursting disc will rupture within 20ms, creating a directional pressure relief path to prevent catastrophic enclosure failure and safeguard maintenance personnel.
The secondary winding employs epoxy resin vacuum casting technology encapsulated within an aluminum alloy shielding case, forming a dual-insulation protection structure. The optimized petal-shaped electrode design, verified through ANSYS electric field simulation, achieves an internal field uniformity of over 92% and partial discharge below 5pC, ensuring long-term reliability under 1.1× rated voltage conditions. The overall design complies with IEC62271-1 standards for high-voltage switchgear, making it suitable for critical power applications up to 126kV, including substations and wind power integration projects.

3.8.1 At room temperature, the insulation resistance between secondary windings, residual voltage windings, primary "N" terminals and ground should not be less than 1000MΩ (measured by 2500V megohmeter).
3.8.2 The power frequency withstand voltage between secondary windings, residual voltage windings and ground for 1 min is 2 kV.
3.8.3 The electrical insulation strength of transformer oil is not less than 50 kV, and the tgδof transformer oil is not less than 0.5% under 1 kV at 90℃.
